CBRE Appoints Tim Deegan Senior Marketing Specialist Adding Emphasis To Research And Marketing For Clients

CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBG) announces Timothy Deegan, an accomplished Hawaii marketing, advertising and research professional, has been appointed to the newly created position of Senior Marketing Specialist for CBRE in the Hawaii region. He will be responsible for the marketing and research staff as well as operations and will also focus on special project management, new business development and staff planning.

“Tim provides CBRE with extraordinary expertise in marketing and branding for an impressive list of companies across Hawaii, North America and the Asia-Pacific Region,” said Kimberly Lord, managing director for the Hawaii region. “We are focused on unlocking the power of CBRE’s research capabilities and excited to have Tim provide his years of experience in marketing consulting to our clients and the entire Hawaii team.”

Tim Deegan most recently was Vice President of Marketing for Maui Divers Jewelry. Previously he held executive positions with Hilton Resorts Hawaii, the Hong Kong Tourist Association and DDB Needham Worldwide Asia. He has represented and consulted for both Hawaii  and national  brands including Outrigger Hotels, Hilo Hattie, Aloha Tower Marketplace, Avis/Budget Rent A Car, Disney Stores and McDonald’s Restaurants.

He has also provided volunteer services to the Waikiki Improvement Association, Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau, Sales & Marketing Executives International, Retail Merchants of Hawaii, Pacific Asia Travel Association and Make-A-Wish Hawaii.

Deegan received a Bachelors of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Telecommunications.
