Admin Professionals Get 37 Choices at Oceanarium

The Oceanarium Restaurant will feature over 37 different choices at its lunch buffet on Administrative Professionals Day. It is tradition at the Pacific Beach Hotel in Waikiki to prepare a special luncheon buffet as a way for businesses to show appreciation to their administrative professionals.

This year’s buffet menu has a definite Asian theme to the offerings. The appetizer highlight this year is Garlic Seared Ahi Tataki with Green Tea Soba and also includes sashimi, fresh island poke, cheeses, grilled vegetables and on and on. The Asian Station features many traditional sushi treatments as well as chicken Nishime and wonderful Zenzai.

Wait. Save room for entrees before dessert. Soy braised beef, mochiko chicken,steamed ginger salmon, shrimp and vegetable tempura, pancit Bihon and Egg Foo Young.

Now, it’s on to desserts, with Asian Pear Kanten & Lavender Torte with Yuzu Tapioca; red velvet cheesecake, Tiramisu Torte and the Chocolate Fountain.
