10^th Annual Benefit for Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce

Ten years ago, the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce held its first Chopsticks & Wine event with just five restaurants in a small venue. Today the event has grown to become one of Hawaii’s favorite food and wine events with more than 1,300 people in attendance.

The 10^th Annual Chopsticks & Wine event is set for Wednesday, October 5, 2011, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Hawaii Convention Center. The benefit will bring together Hawaii’s premier restaurants for an evening of extraordinary dining, with hosted tasting stations from Hawaii’s best chefs; a vast selection of wine, beer, and sake; and an extensive silent auction.
