10th Annual Benefit for Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce

Wednesday, October 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at New Location, The Hawaii Convention Center.

Ten years ago, the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce held its first Chopsticks & Wine event with just five restaurants on the grounds of Bishop Museum. Today the event has grown to become one of Hawaii’s favorite food and wine events with more than 1,300 people in attendance.

The 10th Annual Chopsticks & Wine event is set for Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at a new location this year, The Hawaii Convention Center. Enjoy all the festivities of New Orleans’ Bourbon Street with this year’s exciting theme: “Mardi Gras…Let the Good Times Roll.” The benefit will bring together Hawaii’s premier restaurants for an evening of extraordinary dining, with hosted tasting stations from Hawaii’s best chefs; a vast selection of wine, beer, and sake; and an extensive silent auction.
