Merger to Expand New Firm’s Scope of Services and Specialties

One of Hawaii’s largest CPA firms has announced a merger with well-known tax and small business accounting specialists Freitas & Saito this month. Combining the specialty areas of the two organizations, the new combined firm offers a full range of accounting, payroll, financial planning and tax services and many years of certified experience. The new firm will operate under the name Kobayashi, Kanetoku, Doi, Lum & Yasuda, with a staff of 50 CPAs and administrative employees.
